Description
As a Finance Business Analyst, residing in North America, you are a NAV/Business Central subject matter expert with strong accounting knowledge. You will be responsible for working closely with clients on projects which include implementations, customizations, integrations and training. Experience in the food and beverage industry an asset. This role is based remotely and is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst with years of Microsoft Partner or extensive food and beverage technology experience.
As a Finance Business Analyst you have excellent interpersonal skills, are able to multi-task, prioritize multiple demands, and are organized and detail oriented. Your practical hands-on experience allows you to provide effective guidance for the client.
Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Analyst you will:
- Meet with existing and new clients to analyze and understand their needs
- Support clients through the deployment of the ERP solutions, including design, integration, configuration, customization and testing of implemented solutions
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products
- Execute various tasks throughout the implementation process including loading data, conducting training, preparing documentation and other required tasks
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
Key Skills
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Experience with supporting the finance modules of Business Central/NAV
- Certified with D365UG Professional Certificates in Finance Area (asset) or motivation to obtain the Certificates
- In depth understanding of ERP used in the food and beverage industry (asset)
- Ability to work with clients both in person and remotely
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in a consulting environment (asset)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV
- 2+ years of Consulting experience (asset)
- Experience creating and implementing custom processes and workflows (asset)

Job Description
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV/Business Central Senior Developer will be a technical expert on a project implementation team and develop specifications for implementation, configuration, and enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV. Additionally, you will have technical oversight for the development/delivery for ISV products, Apps and Extensions.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Developer you will:
- Work with our Business Analysts to determine the best approaches to solve functional issues. This work will extend to working with existing and new clients to analyze and understand their needs
- Develop using AL Extensions and .NET
- Have experience creating detailed specifications, completing the development work, and perform unit testing
- Partner with co-workers to research problems and find solutions and participate in diagnostic procedures
- Implement, test and correct software solutions
Key Skills
- Experience with AL development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with developing and support .NET
- Understanding of business processes
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and build Business Central specifications
- Ability to work with clients both in-person and remotely
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in a consulting environment (asset)
